Athleticwear Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for athleticwear purchased online, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For orders placed using a discount code or that received free shipping, return or exchange shipping costs are not covered. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
- Athleticwear purchased at conventions, bazaars, or events is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sports Workshops, Programs, and Camps
No cancellations or refunds will be issued after a workshop, program, or camp begins.
Cancellations and refunds are only allowed 7 days or more prior to the start date, unless otherwise noted by the instructor or SAHR Sports in an email.
How to Submit a Return Request
Log in to your account
Click the profile icon in the store navigation, or visit the returns/refund policy page and request a return.
In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue. Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code. Return to the online store and enter the code.
Select your order
Click the order you want to submit the return for.
Choose items to return
If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
Share the reason
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Request return
Click Request return. If approved and shipping is required, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions (and a return shipping label, if provided).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Athleticwear purchased at conventions, bazaars, or events is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items and any gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Do you provide free return shipping?
